All products sold by Elite Research Labs are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only.
No medical, therapeutic, or dosing guidance is provided.

Shipping Regions

Elite Research Labs currently ships to:

  • United States (Domestic Shipping)

International shipping availability may vary and is subject to regulatory considerations.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

Processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Available shipping options are presented at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping (estimated 3–5 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (estimated 1–3 business days, where available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping method

  • Delivery location

Occasional free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly stated.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Packaging does not reference product contents

  • Elite Research Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are considered final once shipped.

Returns​
We do not accept returns on shipped products.

 

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Damaged product upon arrival

  • Order canceled prior to shipment

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)
     

Order Cancellations​

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Responsibility & Risk​

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Elite Research Labs is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.
